If you do
not use graphic editing applications such as Photoshop and CorelDRAW, why
don't you use something else in your PC. For
example, even Windows Power Point is pretty good for drawing and layout. I
don't think Excel is very helpful.
At any case, keep the paper size 14"x
16", Portrate. Do every color matching job with Printer Driver, not with
your applications. Also use GT-541 File Output Driver to check the final
layout on the platen because each application does the layout by its own
rules, some center-middle, left-top, etc.
