GT-541 Reference Guide: Edit uniform numbers

********* To make black Blacker *********

The uniform numbers should always be easily seen from far away. So a deep and sharp image is preferred. The first point is to create a full sized vector data to print without anti-aliased. (See also Artwork Size & Resolution.) The next point is clear color development. For uniform of a sport team, people may prefer quick-drying material such as 50/50 to 100% cotton. Free of Blurs and color depth, particularly black, are the key to a beautiful finish. Like Hanes Beefy-T heavyweight 100% cotton, the color development of Hanes heavyweight 50/50 may be slightly different. This is due to how deeply GT-541 ink has soaked into the fabric. 50/50 T-shirt is rather thin and colors on it turn lighter than Beefy-T. Thicker cotton produce color stronger.

For those who want to make no compromise, use Double Printing to drop black ink double. Just be careful for the blurs of ink and better to print InkVolume test data and then choose Double Printing.

Then cure ink as usual, but better to check the surface by touching because almost maximum ink is on.

This skill can be applied to black/white images.
