Yellow/Black Printing

Black and Yellow is the most easy-to-see color combination. That's why people use it for danger signs like . But sometimes GT-541 has a problem in printing black and yellow side by side.

Look at the photos below: The left looks spotty and dirty. The right is better. What do you think?
  

To print in vivid color, GT-541 drops very big ink drop from nozzles. As a result some tiny splashes jump around on the surface of T-shirt. In most cases they don't see those splashes, but in case of Black and Yellow, there would be a very serious problem. Therefore, we strongly recommend that if you have trouble in Black and Yellow print, check "Yellow/Black Printing" checkbox to avoid this trouble. This is the way to print Yellow ink separately so that it looks like Double Printing. The problem is that it takes time. But right now, this is the only way to print Black and Yellow neat. Please have a try.

And you see a small sign on the LCD to show the platen moves twice so that you can tell if this print data is Double printed.
