Garment Printer Owners

If you locate GT-541 printer and controlling PC side by side, and your customers are passengers-by, or your shop does on-demand business on the street corner, then all you have to do is to connect printer and PC with USB, edit artwork, send print data directly and print.

If you have several GT-541 and print the same data with them, or GT-541 printer and PC is separately located, or your customers ask reorder sometime later, or you compare the print data with several Printer Driver settings, then our solution is to use GT-541 FileOutput and GT File Viewer.

Confirm that necessary software is installed in your PC. As for installation, refer to the Instruction Manual or Basic Operation Manual.
Select printer as "GT-541 FileOutput" before printing"
The following window is Photoshop Elements 3.

Write the print data to *.arp file. The file name is recommended to be less than 8 letters for CF card users.

Double-click the *.arp print file to open.

There you have every information of the print data: Job Name, Date, Printer Driver settings, Ink amount (cc, maintenance use included). Click [ Send to GT Printer ] to send data. Click [ File ] to open other *.arp file. Click [ Cancel ] to quit.

Also you can easily reconfirm the layout and the size of artwork. In case of irregular layout shown in below, for example, it is very convenient.

When sending print data to GT-541 printer, make sure that PC and printer is USB connected and online.
