Holes are in the middle of the image!




********* 255 White is transparent *********


The right image is the original. The left one is output by GT File Viewer. See there are several black (background) holes on the dog face. What happened?

There are some RGB=255 white areas in the image and they are treated as "transparent" paper white.

Remember GT-782 has two kinds of white: paper white "RGB=255 white" and print white as "RGB=254 white". (Cleck here for more info) You need to define which "white" should be printed or transparent (no ink printed) before you print.

There are many ways of operations to change RGB=255 white to RGB=254 white. Use GT-782's color swatches (palettes) for your convenience.

Check the artwork if there are any 255 white area in the original image. Do not forget to check with GT File Viewer like I show you above. It will help.
