The printer driver is a bridge between the PC and printer. It receives the bitmap image data from the application software, e.g. Photoshop and CorelDRAW, makes the print data and sends it to the printer, which plays a very important role because you can never
print without it. Any printer needs a printer driver in the controlling PC. The GT-782 printer driver follows the user-friendly interface from the GT-541 printer driver, and it is the best solution for T-shirt printing of any color. Pay attention to those settings
to have better quality prints.

What's Printer Driver?
|

Printer driver works for converting the "light" Red/Green/Blue values of colors, which you see in the monitor, into the "ink" Cyan/Magenta/Yellow/blacK values to re-create the image by printing objects. Explaining by using specific terms, it receives bitmap data
and converts its RGB (three primary colors of colored light) into CMYK (three primary colors of ink plus black) print data.

How Printer Driver Works
|

The printer driver starts working when print menu of your application, e.g. [ Print ] or [ Page Setup ] is selected. Choose either Brother GT-782 (direct to printer with USB cable) or Brother GT-782 FileOutput (saving print data into "arp" file) and click [ Properties
] or [ Preferences ] button to do the settings of printer driver.

Main Setting
Click each menu for details.

All of the selected settings will be back to default when you click [ default ] button.
Click Advanced button for advanced settings.

Paper/Quality
GT-782 resolution is 600 dpi x 600 dpi only. Version of printer driver is also mentioned here.
