CorelDRAW 9 is not one of our supported Windows applications, but maybe you want to try by any chance, even if some unexpected things occur. Read this through and try with CorelDRAW 9. Compared with other versions, CorelDRAW 9 color settings are very simple.
Select [ Tools ] > [ Color Management ] and click [ Color Manement ] to show submenu. Uncheck the checkbox [ Calibrate colors for display ] and confirm that every menu is off (gray-out). This means "CorelDRAW will do nothing with color management. Each device, in this case GT-541 printer driver, will manage colors instead."

After color settings are OK, check the Page Setup and the Layout. Select [ Layout ] > [ Page Setup ] menu to arrange the artwork on the platen.
If GT-541 is your PC's default printer, click [ Set From Printer ] button on the window and confirm that the [ Paper ] menu turns to [ Custom ] , Width 14" and Height 16" below. When you come back to the main window, the paper size turns into a Platen size (14"x16") and you can arrange the actual print location and size of artwork there.
The window below is from CorelDRAW 12, but the content is the same.
